About Nat


Hi there! I’m Nat(alie).

I’ve started this blog because I have a passion for health, more specifically the hacking of health. Last year I graduated from an Honors Bachelor in Cognitive Neuroscience, and discovered my inner inquisitiveness for the relationship between brain and gut. Having studied the brain already, I’m going to hit a Master in Health & Nutrition Sciences this year.

So what do I do in my free time? I study the myths and realities of health hacking and apply them to my everyday life and lifestyle.

I’m very excited to share with you my interests and knowledge about HOW TO HACK YOUR HEALTH, based on nutrition hacks and covering topics such as: the brain, productivity, fitness, longevity, hormones, the gut, lifestyle and sleep. My aim is to give you truthful, research-based facts, from evolutionary and ancient wisdom to hard modern science so you can pick up on the newest and best trends in biohacking.
